"The Central Jersey Hawks Richard Conover Memorial Scholarship" named in the memory of long-time Hawks' coach Rick
Conover, is awarded annually to a male and female player who:
- are in their Senior Year of High School
- have been a Hawk for a minimum of 4 years
- are in good academic standing
- have demonstrated Dedication, Teamwork, and Perservance - not necessarily the team's best player
- have been recommended by their coach(es) to Melissa Conover and Randy Westrol for final approval
